TripTap is a social travel planning mobile platform where travelers can share their travel experiences and help others get inspired , plan and book their trips. TripTap connects travelers like you all around the world to share their passions, adventures, and expertise. Our Story
After being the ‘chief planning officer’ for many family trips and always feeling overwhelmed by the planning, Lian started to ask friends for their trips and used their recommendations as templates. However, receiving long lists of places and to-do’s in cluttered excel files just made her heart sink. Along with Lihong, who shared Lian’s feelings of weariness, the two long-time friends began to draft ideas — and TripTap was born. Triptap is: a home for travelers to share, to be inspired, to plan and to book.
Founder
Lian Liu
Lian spent most of her career in analytics in technology companies. Recent years her main focus was helping startups grow user base and optimizing on marketing spend. At Triptap, her responsibility is on product and growth marketing. She is passionate about helping people to have a better travel life. She held master degrees in Applied Statistics and Economics.
